If your order requires delivery by a specific time, please ensure to include a note specifying this in the customisation form or during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your requested delivery time, please note that it is not guaranteed and will depend on our delivery schedule.

We do not operate on Sundays or bank holidays. If we receive an order on these days, it will be processed starting from the next business day. The delivery time will then be based on the usual wait time.
