Orders will be delivered once. If for any reason the recipient is not available the order will be left with a neighbour and a delivery card will be posted through the recipient’s door. If a neighbour is not available to take the product, the product will be brought back to the shop and redelivered at a later time.

Please ensure that you provide us with a full delivery address, so we can ensure the products are delivered to the correct address.

If for any reason the product needs to be delivered by a certain time, please leave a message in the specialist information box at the checkout.

We do not deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holidays. If we receive an order for these days, the product will be delivered the next working day.
