All products may change subject to availability. Unless stated 24 hours before.
Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
If for any reason we can not deliver the item ordered, we shall notify you as soon as possible.
A small card is attached to the flowers of which you can leave your own message. If no card message is required please state no message.
All products on this website are available to be delivered to Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, and surrounding areas such as: Aston juxta Mondrum, Barthomley, Basford, Batherton, Chorlton, Church Minshull, Crewe Green, Elworth, Ettiley Heath, Haslington, Hough, Leighton, Poole, Rope, Shavington, Stapeley, Walgherton, Warmingham, Weston, Wheelock, Wheelock Heath, Willaston, Winterley, Wistaston, Woolstanwood, Worleston and Wybunbury.
When a product is ordered, you will receive an email to state the order has been received, this does not mean the flowers have been delivered.
Prices
Prices are stated on the website. If for any reason you would like to change the price of the product please leave a message within the specialist instructions box at the checkout.
Order/Payment
We accept payment for all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide personal information; this information will not be passed on to anybody else.
By ordering over the telephone, these terms and conditions still apply.
Delivery
We will deliver products to Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, and surrounding areas such as:
Aston juxta Mondrum, Barthomley, Basford, Batherton, Chorlton, Church Minshull, Crewe Green, Elworth, Ettiley Heath, Haslington, Hough, Leighton, Poole, Rope, Shavington, Stapeley, Walgherton, Warmingham, Weston, Wheelock, Wheelock Heath, Willaston, Winterley, Wistaston, Woolstanwood, Worleston and Wybunbury.
In the event the recipient isn’t available during delivery, the order will be left in a safe place or with a nearby neighbor. A note will be left to inform the recipient where the order can be found. If neither a neighbor nor a safe place is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivered at a later time.
Please make sure that you provide a complete delivery address to guarantee that your order is delivered accurately and without delay.
If your order requires delivery by a specific time, please ensure to include a note specifying this in the product form or during checkout. This will help us meet your needs exactly.
We do not deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holidays if we receive an order for these days, the product will be delivered the next working day.
Cancellation
In order to request cancellation, please contact the shop telephone 01270 584596 and management will decide on the cancellation. This is due to a product being prepared in advance.
Returns/Refunds
We do not typically accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please call us on 01270 584596, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
