If your delivery location isn’t listed but you think it's nearby, give us a call on 01270 584596 to place your order and set up delivery.

In the event the recipient isn’t available during delivery, the order will be left in a safe place or with a nearby neighbor. A note will be left to inform the recipient where the order can be found. If neither a neighbor nor a safe place is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivered at a later time.

Please make sure that you provide a complete delivery address to guarantee that your order is delivered accurately and without delay.

If your order requires delivery by a specific time, please ensure to include a note specifying this in the product form or during checkout. This will help us meet your needs exactly.

We do not deliver on a Sundays or Bank Holidays. If we receive an order for these days, the product will be delivered the next working day.

To help your bouquet last longer, follow these essential steps:

Place in a Clean Vase with Fresh Water
Fill a clean vase with 1 litre of fresh, lukewarm water and add the flower food, if included.

Remove Leaves Below the Waterline
Ensure no leaves are submerged in the water to prevent bacterial growth, which can cause your flowers to wilt prematurely.

Top Up and Change Water Regularly
Change the water every 2–3 days, and make sure to refill it as needed. Each time you do, you can re-cut the stems with a clean tool at a 45-degree angle under water. This helps prevent air from getting trapped in the stems, ensuring your flowers stay properly hydrated.

Keep in a Cool, Shaded Area
Place your bouquet in a cool, shaded spot, away from direct sunlight, drafts and heat sources like radiators.

Keep Flowers Away from Fruit
Ripening fruit releases ethylene gas, which can speed up the wilting process of your flowers. Keep your bouquet in a fruit-free zone!

Reposition the Bouquet
Consider rotating your bouquet every few days. This helps ensure all flowers receive equal exposure to light and air.

With proper care, your flowers will stay vibrant longer!
