In the event the recipient isn’t available during delivery, the order will be left in a safe place or with a nearby neighbor. A note will be left to inform the recipient where the order can be found. If neither a neighbor nor a safe place is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivered at a later time.

Place the Arrangement in a Cool, Shaded Spot
Position your bouquet in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources like radiators or vents. This will help prevent the foam from drying out and keep your flowers looking fresh.

Regularly Check the Foam’s Moisture Level
Floral foam can dry out quickly. Make sure to check the moisture level every day, especially if your arrangement is in a warm room. Add water as needed to keep the foam wet, but don’t soak it.

Replenish Water Carefully
When topping up the water, pour gently around the edges of the foam, not directly onto the flowers. Avoid disturbing the foam too much, as it can crumble easily.

Keep Away from Fruit
Keep your floral arrangement away from ripening fruit, as the ethylene gas released by fruit can speed up the wilting process of your flowers. A fruit-free zone is ideal!

Avoid Moving the Arrangement Too Much
Try not to move the arrangement frequently. The floral foam is delicate, and shifting it too much can disrupt the flower placement or cause the foam to break down.
